The conference sessions were on the 2nd floor of the Royal Sonesta Hotel with presentations by users, Yokogawa partner and suppliers, system integrators, and Yokogawa solutions experts. They presented on various topics of interest from titles and abstracts received from the Yokogawa user community. There were up to six simultaneous sessions covering a wide range of subject matter including:
Product Use Applications for DCS/SIS Systems (CENTUM VP, ProSafe-RS), SCADA (FAST/TOOLS, Stardom) Advanced Analytical (GC), and Advanced Solutions such as operator training simulators, terminal automation and analyzer management
Workshops on topics of how to implement various applications on the systems including CENTUM license management, DCS upgrading, alarm management and asset management implementation.
Panel Sessions with industry experts providing insight and facilitated discussions on topics of wireless, EPC projects, networking and communications, and operations control and human interaction.
Industry and Application Sessions Every day of the conference contained informative industry and application sessions with presentations by experts from industry, partners, and Yokogawa on how to apply and utilize control, automation and plant information technology. Below were some of the informative session tracks that were discussed:
